1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using reductivist.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Site.

2. Products and Orders

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the payment information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Reductivist does not store your payment card information. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Reductivist is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unused, undamaged items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at jon@reductivist.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. California Consumer Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Civil Code § 1789.3, California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information, including the right to know what personal data is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

California residents may exercise these rights by contacting us at jon@reductivist.com. We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of Reductivist and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Reductivist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
